These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Hotelier and the persons using the accommodation services.

Prepayment Policy:

• To confirm the reservation, a prepayment (deposit) of 20% of the total value of the reserved stay is required.
• Accepted payment methods are: EasyPay and Bank Transfer.
• The remaining balance is payable in advance on the day of check-in, in € euro.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free Cancellation: Up to 3 (three) days before the check-in date. The customer covers only the banking fees for the refund.
• Late Cancellation or No-Show: For cancellations made less than 3 days prior, or in case of a no-show, the 20% deposit is retained by the Hotelier as a penalty.

• Check-in: After 14:00 (2:00 PM). Early check-in: +€15.
• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.
• Late Check-out: Until 14:00: Additional fee of €15.
• Late Check-out: Until 17:00: Additional fee of €25.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Smoking:

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and specifically on the balcony of the room/apartment.
• Violation results in a fine of €100.

Conduct:

• Passing through the restaurant in swimwear is prohibited.
• Noise, arrogant behavior, or destruction of property will not be tolerated. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund in case of a breach of order.

Parking: Paid parking – €10 per 24 hours, must be reserved and paid in advance.
