🏨 HOTEL SHIPKA HOUSE RULES

GENERAL POLICIES: Please review these regulations. Compliance ensures a pleasant and safe stay for all guests and is a mandatory condition for using our services.

1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN:

  • Standard Time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) on the day of arrival.
  • Early Check-in: Subject to availability and prior request. An additional fee of €15 applies.
  • Payment: The total balance for the reserved stay is payable in full upon check-in.

CHECK-OUT:

  • Standard Time: Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
  • Late Check-out: Must be requested at Reception at least one day in advance and is subject to hotel occupancy.
  • Late Check-out Fees:
    • Departure until 14:00: Additional fee of €15
    • Departure until 17:00: Additional fee of €25
  • If the room is not vacated by 11:00 AM without a confirmed late check-out, the hotel reserves the right to charge an automatic late departure fee.
  • To extend your stay, please inform the reception staff in advance.

2. SMOKING & ALCOHOL POLICY (€100 FINE)

In accordance with Bulgarian legislation and hotel internal regulations:

  • Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in all indoor areas of the complex.
  • Guests who fail to comply with this policy will be charged a FINE of €100, which will be added to the room bill.
  • Designated smoking areas are located exclusively in the outdoor sections of the hotel.
  • Alcohol is not sold or served to guests under the age of 18.

3. CONDUCT, NOISE & PROPERTY LIABILITY

To ensure the peace and security of all guests, the following are not tolerated:

  • Unacceptable noise levels or disruptive behavior.
  • Aggressive behavior by individuals clearly under the influence of alcohol, or chaotic behavior that damages or threatens to damage hotel property.
  • Disturbing public order.
  • Dress Code: Guests in swimwear are not permitted in the restaurant.

Enforcement: In case of refusal to comply with these requirements, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately without liability for refunds or compensation.

Guests are financially liable for all damages caused to hotel property.

4. PARKING, PETS & SERVICES

Parking:

  • Paid parking is available at €10 per 24 hours.
  • Advance reservation and pre-payment are required.

Pets:

  • Pets are NOT allowed in the hotel.

Housekeeping:

  • Rooms are cleaned daily between 09:00 and 16:00.

5. RESERVATIONS & ROOM TYPES

Please always verify your room type and ensure that the booked accommodation matches the number of guests intended to stay.
